Qualifications –

MBA (Human Resources)
Overall Experience – Aprx 6-7 years’ experience in HR with strong inclination towards Talent Management role

Responsibilities –


Learning & Organizational Development –
• Drive L&D function with TNI & online training initiative with objective to implement learning culture in the organization.
• Manage the online learning platform, including license allocation and utilization. 
• Promote a culture of learning and skill development through interventions like learning challenges and interdepartmental learning quests. 
• Execute campaigns and drives to enhance organizational development through learning initiatives. 
• Oversee Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and ensure active participation and completion.

Performance Management – 


• Educate & help stakeholders on Balance Score Card approach & develop SMART Key Performance Indicators. 
• Ensure timely achievement status is updated on the portal by stakeholders. 
• Drive the end to end appraisal cycle through the online system. 
• Support the execution of 9-grid placement of talent pool and assess High Potentials through PMS initiatives.

Reward & Recognition –


• Ensure effective utilization of the recognition platform & successful implementation/execution of R&R programs. 
• Maintain and develop the recognition umbrella. 
• Encourage appropriate utilization of recognition budgets. 
• Create awareness about recognizing right behavior, fostering a culture of recognition and motivation.

Employee Engagement –


• Manage celebrations and events for festivities, in-house events, and functions. 
• Design engagement programs that combine fun at work with an emphasis on creating a learning attitude. 
• Drive engagement communication on HRMS platform for global workforce.
