Hiring for Sales/Marketing Manager (FMCG or Pharmaceutical) for Central Africa
Qualification:
Any Graduate with Relevant Experience / MBA Marketing
Experience Required:
Minimum 10+ Years / African Experience will be an advantage
Required Criteria:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including identifying potential customers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth in the FMCG sector.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new product opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer issues, and optimize sales performance.
• Analyze sales data, market research, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for business expansion and drive product development and improvement.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Salary:
From 2000$ to 4500$ net pm (Negotiable based on Experience and Designation)
